Established in 2016, the New England Art Book Fair is a two-day gathering of independent publishers and artists celebrating the art of the book and books about art. Andrew Scripter serves as a Vending Coordinator for the fair since its inception.
The NEABF takes place ever year in downtown Portland Maine at SPACE gallery. On average the fair brings out 35+ national artists, art publishers, and ephemera creators to Maine for the 2 day fair which takes place over the first weekend of October. The fair runs in conjunction with Portlands Congress Street art walk and draws more then 2500 atendees every year.
As of 2020 the fair is on hiatus due to the covid 19 pandemic, but is sure to make a comeback in 2021.
